Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 10 PM EST

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
? Provide accurate information about products and services
? Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
? Document customer interactions and feedback
? Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
? Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues
? Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy
? Follow company policies and procedures
