What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and claimants via phone
? Handle inbound calls related to home and auto policy inquiries and servicing needs
? Explain the claims process and assist in initiating damage appraisals and car rentals
? Promote digital self-service capabilities and utilize multiple computer applications accurately
? Take ownership of customer interactions to enhance service satisfaction and brand value

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or related fields
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong empathy for customers
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, complex environment
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bilingual in Spanish and English to enhance customer relationships
