What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Build and maintain sustainable relationships of trust through open communication with customers and teammates
? Provide timely solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries; follow up to ensure resolution
? Upload Certificates of Insurance (COIs) into the software program
? Respond to support emails and maintain inbound and outbound phone communications
? Assist in training customers to ensure proper software utilization and satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role
? Required experience in the commercial insurance industry; personal, health, and life insurance experience is not applicable
? Entry-level experience working with Certificates of Insurance
? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
? Experience working remotely
? Demonstrated ability to meet daily set goals and metrics
? Strong passion for customer service and problem resolution skills
