Job Description:

Netflix is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess... the personality traits of adaptability and dedication.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Utilize data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and satisfaction
• Provide support and guidance to clients on Netflix products and services
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Adaptable and dedicated personality traits
• Strong people management and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
