Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Coca-Cola is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our team in New York City, New York. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires at least... 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to address any inquiries or concerns
• Assist the account management team with preparing and sending client invoices
• Update and maintain client account information in our CRM system
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Monitor client accounts for any issues or discrepancies and work to resolve them promptly
• Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to clients

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote setting
• Resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
