Devise and implement personalized education plans for an elementary caseload with diverse learning needs.
Conduct virtual instructional sessions, creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and related service providers to ensure students' educational goals are achieved.
Utilize cutting-edge assistive technologies and resources to enhance student engagement and success.
Monitor student progress, assess their performance, and provide prompt feedback.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student accomplishments and interventions.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Possess a valid teaching certification for South Carolina in Special Education.
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a special education setting.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Be comfortable using technology for instruction and communication with students and colleagues.
Have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
Be comfortable working as an independent contractor.
Comfortable in a primarily case manager role
