What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Answer calls and provide information to members and potential members
• Process non-cash financial transactions and basic account maintenance
• Handle internet and mobile banking requests
• Generate member interest in Credit Union Products and Services
• Research and resolve member requests and concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 1 to 2 years' Call Center, Teller, or Retail experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to write effectively in English and speak clearly and tactfully
• Basic math skills and proficiency in basic applications in a Windows-based environment
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
