Key Responsibilities: ? Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Design, develop, and implement tailored education plans that address the unique needs of students with disabilities. ? Qualifications: ? Educational Background: Bachelor?s degree in Special Education or a related field. ? Licensure: Valid state SPED teaching license. ? Expertise: Strong understanding of various learning styles and educational needs. ? Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
