What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Make outbound calls to educate and enroll patients in a care program
• Establish rapport with potential patients and tailor messaging based on demographics, health concerns, and insurance
• Overcome objections and persuade patients to join the program
• Deliver high call volume and spend over 80% of time on the phone
• Multi-task and maintain high-quality data entry skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Sales acumen
• Associate degree or higher
• Ability to consistently deliver high call volume
• Excellent communicator with warm and professional phone etiquette
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and different software platforms
