? Oversee Privacy Engineering, Privacy Operations and Data Protection programs
? Ensure compliance with global privacy laws and regulations
? Safeguard sensitive data and protect privacy rights
? Facilitate the creation of strong technical direction and strategy
? Lead cross-functional alignment across stakeholders and partners
? Represent Privacy & Data Protection at the Senior leadership level

Requirements: ? Solid understanding of data privacy and security concepts ? Applied experience leading privacy engineering projects ? Deep technical expertise in either Privacy or Data Protection and their common engineering solutions ? Strong understanding of global Privacy and Data Protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) ? Experience building and leading a build-centric privacy and software engineering team ? Ability to develop balanced cross-functional partnerships ? Experience building Privacy or Data Protection programs from the ground up ? Pragmatic risk approach and understanding of risk tradeoffs with business goals ? Strong hiring capabilities and building inclusive team environments ? Creative and strategic approach to solving complex problems
