What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Act as the strategic customer success manager for enterprise healthcare clients
• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 5 years of SaaS experience
• 5 years of healthcare experience in pharmaceutical, provider, or insurance sectors
• Proficiency in data synthesis and analysis
