Tasks
Position Overview:
As an Online Chat Representative, you?ll be the friendly voice of our company, assisting customers through live chat. Your goal? To provide top-notch service and ensure every customer leaves with a smile!
Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
? Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and delivery options.
? Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our system.
? Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
? Stay updated on company policies and service offerings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus!
? Excellent written communication skills and a knack for friendly conversation.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Familiarity with chat software and basic computer skills.
? Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, but we?re happy to train the right candidate!
