Call Center/Contact Agent WFH

Epiq Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.

Responsibilities
? handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.

? Must have 1 year of previous call center experience shown on resume

? Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent and be willing to submit to a background check!
