Nuuly Customer Success Associate, (REMOTE) Part-Time Weekend Evening Shift

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Associate to join our remote team. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels. ? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management. ? Provide accurate information about Nuuly?s products, services, and policies. ? Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns. ? Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly?s values and brand voice. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. ? Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services. Qualifications: ? Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based services. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ? Availability to work evenings on weekends. ? Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. ? Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM tools and other software. ?
