As the Project Manager, you will be pivotal in driving and executing strategic initiatives within our Center of Excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to develop detailed project plans, define milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
How you can take Ownership of this ro le:
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives
? Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and expectation setting
? Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones while mitigating risks and resolving roadblocks
? Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
? Lead project meetings, including status updates, stakeholder presentations, and post-mortem reviews
? Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivering results
? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
What you will bring to the table:
? 5+ years of project management experience
? Experience in either Contact Centers/BPO or Travel/Hospitality industries
? Strong stakeholder management skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
What you may bring to the table:
? Project Management Office (PMO) certification
? Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
