Responsibilities
? Greeting and checking in patients

? Responding to client questions

? Accommodating new patients by providing intake information

? Assisting patients with filling out intake information

? Creating and maintaining patient charts

? Verifying existing appointments and scheduling future appointments

? Obtaining medical records for patients
,
? Scanning and uploading documents onto the web portal when needed
,
? Reviewing and maintaining an active patient list
,
? Completing missing patient procedures when necessary
,
? Answering phone calls and emails
,
? Assisting the medical doctor and in-house specialists by preparing patient paperwork and prescribed medication/supply per doctor's orders
Requirements
? High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
