Job Overview
We are a remote business management firm dedicated to offering exceptional bookkeeping and accounting support to small enterprises. Key Responsibilities
? Manage financial documentation using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
? Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
? Prepare and interpret financial reports, ensuring efficient extraction of relevant data.
? Detect and rectify discrepancies in income and expense accounts.
? Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes.
? Oversee payroll processing, guaranteeing timely tax remittances.
? Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain organized workflows.
? Exhibit excellent time management abilities to consistently meet deadlines.
Required Skills
? Expertise in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
? Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
? Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements.
? Experience in tax filing and payroll management.
? Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
? Exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Qualifications
? Demonstrated bookkeeping experience, particularly with small businesses.
