Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative

? Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
? Keep inventory for office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
? Submit and reconcile credit card expense reports
? Accounts Receivable ? Enter to QuickBooks
? Maintain a list of outstanding accounts, submit to senior managers
? Accounts Payable ? Enter to QuickBooks
? Enter all East/West/INWC Cater into QuickBooks
? Track and maintain All Tip Pool logs and disbursements (Catering, Take Out and Kitchen Tip Pool)
? Reconcile Daily Sales
? Cash Handling
? Track and process credit memos from vendors and corresponding claims
? Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
? This position should expect to help with a wide variety of tasks. The focus will be on the claims process and vendor 3-way matching.
? Assist with Take Out Orders, Catering Calls, help work restaurant, when necessary, cater prep as needed
? Assist catering desk as needed
? Assist controller when necessary
? Work Monday through Friday as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 ? 30 per week

Schedule:
? Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
