Who we?re looking for Toyota?s Corporate Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst. The primary responsibility of... this role is to provide financial analysis, management reporting, and decision support to the Business Development (BD) and Enterprise Strategy (ES) divisions. Overall, this role will support key NA transformational initiatives, especially in the fields of hydrogen and BEV, while also supporting the CFO and VP Finance with key executive communications. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Investments, the person in this role will support the Finance department's objective to provide financial transparency, analytics, and insights to our stakeholders. What you?ll be doing Build relationships with key customers in Business Development, Enterprise Strategy, and across Accounting and Finance Partner with BD and ES to set appropriate financial budgets and targets, and evaluate performance on monthly/quarterly basis Lead meetings to provide guidance on financial operations Partner with business project leaders on business case development, especially in terms of financial impact Review completed business cases and provide a summary to the CFO and other decision makers as needed Craft presentations for executive townhall meetings and other forums Support adhoc special projects and analysis Qualification Section What you bring Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent technical degree 5+ years of experience with financial planning and analysis Experience in financial planning and analysis, financial consolidation, and/or related discipline Experience in utilizing analytical tools to analyze and visualize large data sets (e.g Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and effectively apply data manipulation tools to analyze large files and datasets Proven ability to work effectively with business partners and provide excellent customer support Demonstrated ability to prepare effective presentations for business customers and influence behaviors to achieve performance improvements Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline, and detail-driven environment Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization Added bonus if you have Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, CPA) User experience with SAP, BPC, and procurement systems Automotive experience What we?ll bring During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
