? W2 Contract, 12 Months
? Location: Remote

Responsibilities
? Performs a variety of support functions to support the department.
? Handles multiple projects and may assist in compling data and generating reports.

Required Skills & Experience
? High school degree or equivalent.
? Proven experience as data entry clerk.
? Fast typing skills.
? Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
? Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
? Basic understanding of databases.
? Good command of english both oral and written and customer service skills.
? Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Experience
? Knowledge of touch typing system.
? Equipment Specifications:
? Dual monitors -- to have Teams/Outlook open
? Keyboard with 10 key number pad
? Windows 10 or 11
? ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher
? Minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred)
? Laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution
? No Chromebook or Macbook
? Web Camera for Teams meetings
? Headset or external speakers (if none built in) for calls
