Key Responsibilities
? Participate in both voice and non-voice tasks as required.
? Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and respect.
? Validate information provided to our clients by third-party sources using online databases to guarantee precision.
? Execute Enrichment Tasks as outlined in client training.
? Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, including follow-ups with various state boards for status updates.
? Ensure prompt and high-caliber execution of assignments.
? Remain adaptable in performing additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills
? Openness to engaging in both voice and non-voice processes.
? Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
? Competence in working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
? Proficiency with computers is preferred.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in inbound/outbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous.
? Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with immediate start.
