What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Address member and provider inquiries received through the employer's customer service lines
? Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and resolving member/provider needs
? Document call details accurately for tracking member/provider contacts
? Identify and communicate trends related to service issues within the organization
? Escalate member/provider concerns and service issues as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or advanced education is desirable
? Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing inbound call center setting
? Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
? Excellent typing skills and data entry capabilities
? Commitment to understanding and executing corporate and departmental policies
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in the healthcare industry or with health insurance products
? Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare services
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
? Experience in a role that required clear and concise documentation
