About the job Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant to help with maintaining a database of information and adding to it on a regular basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
? Maintaining a database of contacts
? Setting appointments
? Adhering to guidelines and standards
? Taking notes for specific contacts
? Helping contacts get the right information
? Speaking with contacts shortly to coordinate meetings and conversations

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:
? Communication skills
? English fluency
? Organization skills
? Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
? Proficiency in multitasking
? Good working memory
? Experience with data entry
? Accuracy and attention to detail

You will also need the following items to perform the responsibilities of this role:
