IT Recruiter Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated IT Recruiter Intern with prior experience in Internship over IT recruitment. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and on - boarding candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles.

Note: 3 Months of Internship Duration

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the HR team to understand job requirements and recruitment needs for various roles (IT and Non-IT).

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and update candidate records in our recruitment database.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on different platforms.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting our company and open roles on social media.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous internship experience in IT recruitment is required.

Skills: Strong understanding of both IT and Non-IT roles and requirements.

Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and social media.
