What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle inbound customer chats and emails, assisting with order placements, tracking, updates, and cancellations
? Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
? Utilize various computer software and applications to manage customer accounts and process orders
? Uphold the security and privacy of all customer information in compliance with company policies
? Perform additional tasks as needed to support business operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and syntax
? Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet performance expectations
? Strong problem-solving aptitude for quickly diagnosing issues and providing solutions
? Availability to work 32-40 hours weekly with various 8-hour shifts during specified hours of operation

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
? Strong typing skills with the ability to meet minimum speed and accuracy requirements
