Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Receptionist/Bather to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience as a bather in a grooming salon or similar environment. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service from the moment they walk in until their pet is ready to go home. If you have a passion for animals, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in a grooming or veterinary setting, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: ? Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival. ? Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the salon?s calendar. ? Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries professionally. ? Assist with bathing, drying, and prepping pets for grooming?experience in this area is essential. ? Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon environment. ? Keep accurate records of client information and services rendered. ? Handle transactions and process payments smoothly. ? Provide support to the grooming team as needed.

Requirements: ? Must have prior experience as a bather in a grooming salon, veterinary clinic, or similar environment. ? Strong communication and customer service skills. ? Comfort and confidence in working with a variety of dog and cat breeds. ? Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ? Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends. ? A genuine love for animals and a patient, caring demeanor.
