Key Responsibilities: ? Perform data entry of customer information, inventory records, and order details with precision and efficiency. ? Assist in maintaining and updating internal databases to ensure information is always accurate and accessible. ? Communicate remotely with other departments to confirm and verify data, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. ? Support reporting efforts by ensuring entered data is properly formatted and categorized. ? Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of completed data entry tasks. ? Follow company guidelines for the secure handling of data while working remotely.

Skills & Qualifications: ? Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles, ideally in a remote setting. ? Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar data management tools. ? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. ? Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. ? Familiarity with basic troubleshooting related to remote work tools and setups is a plus.

Pay: $27 - $33 per hour
