Mobile Apps Engineering Lead

? Design and develop a responsive and performant Mobile App built using React Native.
? Build Mobile App and UI components from prototypes and wireframes.
? Manage and coach a team of junior Engineers to raise their bar on execution and Engineering quality.
? Build engineering plans and timelines to reflect product plans/ priorities.

Requirements: ? 6+ years of total experience ? Experience in building and shipping at least two production (industrial grade) Mobile Apps serving a large user base (tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of Users). ? Experience with ideally two or more (but at least one) of the following mobile... app Tech. Stacks: React Native, Flutter, and/or Native Android with Kotlin ? Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, and frameworks and libraries for building Mobile Apps. ? Experience working with React Native along with tools like Databases, APIs, Redux, Firebase, Instabug, Sentry.io, DataDog, etc ? Experience with unit and integration testing and test automation frameworks and tools, and ideally hands-on experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) ? Experience setting up and working with CI/ CD pipelines ? Expertise with native tools like XCode, Gradle, and Android Studio. ? Experience working with native modules and APIs for tight integrations with both platforms ? Android and iOS. ? Experience working with REST APIs, mobile device sensors, offline storage, and third-party libraries. ? Understanding of security aspects of Mobile Apps and how to mitigate any security risks. ? Experience in scaling mobile app design and architecture to cope with very high user growth and spikes in user traffic. ? Experience with public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and working with Cloud infrastructure and managed services. ? Experience in publishing apps to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
