We are seeking a Director of Global Program Management to work within our Racks & Enclosure solutions team at Flex. This individual will assist and drive enclosures sales in addition to helping Global Operations management of Enclosure Customers Globally; including Program Management and technical quote analyses.
What a typical day looks like:
? Support for on-boarding and launching hyperscale customers into the Rack & Enclosure facilities worldwide.
? Explain technical quotes to customers.
? Help Global Operations with on-boarding and management of Enclosure Customers
? Work with operations across multiple sites to ensure performance and service is uniform throughout sites.
? Provide guidance to Customers for alternative manufacturing options
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
? 10+ years of experience working within Racks & Enclosure/ Sheet Metal business.
? Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints.
? Ability to present to key stakeholders.
? Experience being customer facing in a technical role.
