About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our cardholders through inbound calls. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accurate and efficient data management. Authorize sales and process transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Our Way of Working As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, full-time. This will require a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. arenaflex will provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. Occasionally, you may be requested to meet in person, so you must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD.
