Job Summary As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails. You will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, meet team KPIs, and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology. You will also work with customers' sensitive information securely and apply the latest customer happiness practices.
