Responsibilities and Duties As a remote chat representative for blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to golfers worldwide, mirroring an in-store experience Sharing your love and expertise for the game and blithequark products Using primarily blithequark golf equipment to provide authentic and knowledgeable assistance Communicating with customers at a professional level, both written and verbal Familiarity with the blithequark website and related media/searches Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on blithequark products In-depth knowledge of current and past blithequark products, including their features and benefits Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all blithequark products, from enthusiast to pro level Able to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely TaylorMade Golf: A Leader in Golf Equipment TaylorMade Golf is a renowned brand that prides itself on being willing to do anything and everything to make golfers better.
