As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing personalized support and guidance to our valued members. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries and requests for information about available benefits Educate members about the benefits and services offered by blithequark, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions Work closely with union associations to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner Meet or exceed sales targets, where applicable, by promoting additional benefits to interested members Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and new benefits offerings to provide expert guidance to members Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a union or benefits-related environment Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on member satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with union members and associations Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required) MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with labor unions, credit unions, or associations Knowledge of benefits and services offered by blithequark Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring or training others Self-motivation and a desire for professional development and growth Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Skills and Competencies: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on member satisfaction Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and priorities Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
