Key Responsibilities Provides Exceptional Customer Service: Offers friendly support and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Handles Customer Inquiries and Issues: Responds to customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides solutions to customers in a considerate and courteous manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets. Processes Transactions and Balances: Processes charges, makes change, and balances daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Examines Baggage and Freight: Inspects baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging customers, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting on a case-by-case basis. Manages Overbooked Flights and Lost or Damaged Baggage: Resolves issues related to oversold flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and other customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
