Job Summary Arenaflex is seeking a driven and dedicated Chat Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service through chat support channels. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide support through chat support channels: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues. Resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary: Analyze customer issues and provide solutions or escalate to relevant teams to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions: Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies: Stay current on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management: Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment: Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems: Experience with chat support software and CRM systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on attention to detail: Proven leadership skills, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred.
