Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution. Requirements: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English : The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages is essential for this role. Residency in New Mexico**: We require that all candidates reside in the state of New Mexico to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws. 1+ year of customer service experience**: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints. Open availability**: You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers. High school diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Quiet, distraction-free work environment**: You must have a dedicated workspace in your home that is free from distractions and interruptions, ensuring you can focus on providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking**: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.
