Key Responsibilities: Customer Champion: You'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Technology Troubleshooter: You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them troubleshoot issues with their cellular phones, billing, and other technical concerns. Your patience, empathy, and technical knowledge will make all the difference in resolving their problems. Highly Organized and Motivated: You'll be working independently, managing your time effectively to meet performance metrics and deadlines. On-site and Off-site IT Support: As needed, you'll provide technical support to our customers, either on-site or remotely, to ensure their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications: Right Attitude: A positive, customer-centric attitude is essential for this role. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience. Remote customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary. Office Computer Skills: You'll need basic typing skills, software usage, and internet navigation to perform your duties efficiently. Work from Home Requirements: To ensure a distraction-free workspace, you'll need a quiet, dedicated home office with a reliable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download). Satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular data connections are not compatible with our system. Location: You'll need to be located within 50 miles of a blithequark facility to ensure easy access to our resources and support. Communication: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. You'll need to pass a fluency test to demonstrate your language proficiency.
