Your daily responsibilities will include: * **Consistently Delivering Extraordinary Service**: Provide exceptional service on a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment, with a keen focus on driving a Customer First mentality. * **Tailoring Solutions for Our Customers**: Consult with Card Members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, while reinforcing the benefits of card membership and acknowledging Card Member tenure. * **Adding Value through Unexpected Recommendations**: Offer relevant product offers and benefit enrollments that deepen customer engagement and loyalty. * **Developing Key Selling Skills**: Utilize your "service-oriented" personality to develop key selling skills, optimizing and solidifying the customer relationship by deepening their loyalty to our brand. * **Case Intake and Analysis**: Responsible for case intake, analyzing fraud and dispute cases, and sharing case outcomes to protect the interests of our organization and our customers. * **Identifying Custom Solutions**: Use tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, maintaining a first point of contact resolution. * **Meeting Performance Goals**: Meet and exceed performance goals, including sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, productivity targets, and customer performance metrics. **Minimum Qualifications:** * **Strong Communication Skills**: Possess strong written and communication skills to converse effectively and naturally with our Card Members, deepening client relationships and driving satisfaction. * **Resilience and Adaptability**: Demonstrate resilience to efficiently manage a steady stream of customer calls, balancing performance to meet a variety of metrics, and remaining positive through change and stressful situations. * **Technical Savvy**: Showcase technical skills to multi-task and navigate through multiple computer systems and applications, simultaneously, with speed and accuracy. * **Integrity and Confidentiality**: Manage sensitive Card Member information and adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices. * **Driven to Please**: Provide the ultimate experience for our Card Members on every interaction, demonstrating a strong desire to please and exceed expectations. **Preferred Skills:** * **Passion for Customer Loyalty**: Possess a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills. * **Customer Service and Sales Experience**: Have experience in a customer service and consultative sales environment, with a focus on recommending products or solutions tailored to each customer. * **Adaptability and Communication Style**: Be able to adapt communication style to a wide variety of personalities and situations, taking ownership and responsibility for each call, from beginning to end. **Additional Requirements:** * **Flexibility and Availability**: Be available to work anytime between 6:00am - 2:00am, including weekends, with a hybrid environment in Sunrise, Florida, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week. * **Workplace Flexibility**: Work in a full-time capacity, with shift flexibility requirements. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Competitive Hourly Pay**: Enjoy a competitive hourly pay range of $20.00 to $22.25, with opportunities for bonus and benefits. * **Benefits Package**: Receive a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base salaries, bonus incentives, 6% Company Match on retirement savings plan, free financial coaching and financial well-being support, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits, flexible working model, 20+ weeks paid parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender, offered for pregnancy, adoption or surrogacy, free access to global on-site wellness centers, free and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds program, and career development and training opportunities. **Career Growth Opportunities:** At Blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
