Working Schedule and Availability • **Hours of Operation**: The hours of operation are 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday between 8am – 12am EST, 365 days per year, including holidays. • **Shift Schedule**: This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually consisting of 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it is essential that you have open overall availability. Training and Onboarding • **Virtual Classroom and On-the-Job Training**: You will receive a combination of virtual classroom and on-the-job training, typically lasting 6 weeks, but duration can vary. • **Classroom Training Hours**: Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9am – 6pm EST, with a lunch break. • **Regular Shift and Onboarding**: Upon completion of classroom training, you will receive your regular shift and start working those hours, with ongoing support and guidance from your team and management. Remote Work Requirements • **Virtual Position**: This is a virtual position with team members across the U.S. • **Internet Requirements**: You will need to have internet services with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps on the download side and a minimum of 5 Mbps on the upload side.
