Responsibilities As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: Enjoy making outbound calls and reaching out to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments, and provide support with benefits and insurance information. Have a passion for helping patients make decisions that will enhance their healthcare experience and make a positive impact on their lives. Make welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information, ensuring they have a seamless and personalized experience. Conduct outbound calls to conduct surveys and gather valuable feedback to improve our services and patient outcomes. Work collaboratively with patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Qualifications To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding. Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word. Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports.
