About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team at arenaflex in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients via live chat. Assist Customers with Placing Orders, Tracking Shipments, and Resolving Issues: You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the support they need to place orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise. Collaborate with Other Team Members to Ensure Excellent Customer Service: As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
