Job Summary We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in our Dental & Vision Benefits division. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and achieving customer loyalty. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote environment, with a starting pay rate of $18 per hour and a range of benefits that support your well-being and career growth. What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: Exceeding standards of customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions. Answering inbound phone calls and communicating effectively with dental and vision professionals and insured members. Providing website and mobile app navigation support and password resets to customers. Meeting area production standards and Group metrics. Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance. Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates initiative when assessing situations.
