IT Support Technician (Thrive Group)

They are seeking an IT Support Technician responsible for providing customer service-focused technical support, managing user workstations, and assisting with the corporate website maintenance. Responsibilities Providing timely, reliable, and customer-service focused resolution from receiving customer calls through to resolution Ensuring the proper functioning of user workstations, software, and peripherals Providing on-site and remote technical support to staff across all Thrive Group locations Setting up user accounts, permission, and access rights Performing data backup, security, and recovery functions as assigned Assisting with the maintenance of the corporate website Skills Post-secondary diploma in computer sciences with basic knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint required Good organizational, communication and written skills; and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Experience of current network hardware, protocols, and standards beneficial Previous experience building and maintaining web content preferred Able to manage multi concurrent projects After-hours work will be necessary due to project schedules, deadlines, and/or reliability issues Company Overview Thrive Group, a non-profit organization, assists via its services, including health care, risk management, HR, finance, and IT services.
