Salary: IT Project Manager (Remote EST time) We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a Remote position. The preference is for candidates in EST time zone. Job summary: This position will be a project manager for the dSME program/product. There are currently three projects underway for dSME: - Greenville Line 11, Combi 1/2, and PDS3 - dSME Ridgefield Deployment - dSME Global Enhancements Key Responsibilities: • The IT Project Manager manages and delivers all aspects of IT projects. • This person is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects from project initiation through delivery. • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk to ensure successful delivery. • Proactively manage assigned projects to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks and resolving conflicts. • Create initial project budget and seek funding approval following the company's capital funding process. • Manage internal and external suppliers, stakeholders and customer relationships. • Participate with management and other PMs in establishing best practices in project management methods and tools. Qualifications & Experience: • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on project management and/or work in a formal enterprise IT PMO. • Strong PM process knowledge. • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum best practices. • Experience in delivery of successful Enterprise level IT projects such as ERP, CRM, EDW, eBusiness, Master Data Management (MDM), financial systems and mergers/acquisitions projects. • MS Office, expertise with Excel, Visio Demonstrated expertise with various industry PM methodologies including AGILE and Waterfall. • Experience serving in the role of a Scrum Master. • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. • Demonstrated skills with project management tools. • Manufacturing experience a plus. • Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Experience/Certification, FDA Computer Systems Validation, or M&A/Integration experience is a plus. • PMP and SCM certification a plus. • Effective ability to lead and train teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and facilitation of multiple sprints within enterprise environment. • Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain customer relationships. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. • Strong leadership skills. Excellent analytical and technical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent planning and organizational skills. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. Other Details: • Location:Remote (Preference for candidates in EST time zone). • Start Date: Tentatively November 1st week, 2025. • Contract Duration:1 year (with strong possibility of extension). • Position Type:C2C or W-2. • Rate:Market rate.
