As an iOS Software Engineer, you will design and develop core user experience components for the LinkedIn app, collaborating with various teams to enhance the mobile user experience. Responsibilities You will design and execute user-facing features for the native LinkedIn app on iOS devices by leveraging mobile operating system frameworks for multi-threading, persisting data, and managing user experience and graphics across multiple screen sizes You will use the latest cutting edge technologies and libraries suggested by Apple for building responsive native apps for iOS You will build scalable native mobile apps using LinkedIn’s internal libraries You will produce high-quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed and checked in regularly for continuous integration You will provide technical leadership, driving best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross-functional, and company-wide critical programs Skills BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience 1+ years of industry experience 1+ years programming experience in languages such as Objective-C, UIKit, Swift, Java, Kotlin 2+ years of relevant work experience MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline Benefits Generous health and wellness programs Time away for employees of all levels Annual performance bonus Stock Benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans Company Overview LinkedIn is a professional networking site that allows users to create business connections, search for jobs, and find potential clients.
