Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Due Diligence Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process. Once approved, analysts: • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform • Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work • Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions • Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score Certification tiers: Senior Analyst · Lead Analyst · Analyst / Associate Analyst Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges Senior Analyst • Rating Score: 90–100 • Pay: $150–$200/hour • Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or development professionals with 5+ years of experience Lead Analyst • Rating Score: 80–89 • Pay: $100–$150/hour • Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of deal or modeling experience Analyst / Associate • Rating Score: 60–79 • Pay: $50–$100/hour • Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical performance What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) As an Investment Due Diligence Analyst, your primary focus is due diligence support, risk assessment, and investment readiness. Primary Responsibilities Commercial Due Diligence • Market sizing, segmentation, and competitive landscape • Customer and channel diligence support • Growth driver and risk assessment • Industry trend analysis and thesis validation Operational Due Diligence • Operational KPI review and benchmarking • Management quality and organizational assessment • Operational risk identification and mitigation • Process and systems evaluation Financial Due Diligence • Quality of Earnings (QoE) support • Revenue recognition review • Margin, cost structure, and working capital analysis • Forecast validation and variance analysis Investment Support • Investment memo drafting and supporting materials • Risk register creation and highlight reporting • Data room review and diligence tracking • Summary reporting for investors and sponsors Supporting Financial Analysis (Approval-Based) • Financial statement analysis • Sensitivity and scenario analysis • Support for valuation and modeling teams Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning • Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training • Receive category-specific approvals (Due Diligence, Modeling, Valuation) • Get verified on the platform • Begin earning income immediately through hourly projects and live deal work No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following: • Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment • Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training • Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines: • Visibility on the platform • Approved work categories • Recommended hourly rates Compensation & Deal Terms • Analysts are independent contractors, not employees • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction • Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice Analysts do not: • Provide investment advice • Solicit securities • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
