Specialty Program Group (SPG) is the wholesale & MGA division of HUB International, focused on acquiring best in class underwriting businesses. The Internal Wholesaler will drive business development within a multi-carrier distribution channel, building relationships with Edward Jones Financial Advisors and their teams to identify sales opportunities and execute marketing activities. Responsibilities Identify and recruit Edward Jones teams to establish new partnerships, building strong relationships through virtual meetings in assigned regions Provide product and insurance sales concept training to enhance the sales capabilities of partner branch teams Prepare and deliver product illustrations and presentations Highlight product features to showcase how they address customer needs Skills Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field Experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services FINRA Series 6, 63, and Life & Health Insurance License required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales concepts, and industry regulations Ability to multitask with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite 1-2 years of relevant experience Up to 25% travel required Benefits Health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance FSA HSA 401(k) accounts Paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, and personal days Eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions Company Overview Specialty Program Group delivers leading-edge specialty expertise backed by transformative digital capabilities and sophisticated data and analytics.
