The role involves exploring AI applications in firmware development and enhancing documentation and unit tests. Responsibilities You will explore and propose novel applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within firmware development workflows You will leverage AI technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of our existing firmware documentation You will utilize AI to improve the generation and coverage of unit tests for our firmware You will identify and implement process improvements for the development and maintenance of documentation and unit tests Skills Requires a completed Bachelor's degree Must be a currently enrolled Master's, JD, or PhD student at an accredited college or university in a STEM discipline with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later You are knowledgeable in C programming for embedded systems You have a strong understanding of Python for scripting and AI development You bring a foundational knowledge of embedded software principles You are familiar with Agile software development methodologies You have experience with software development tools such as Atlassian JIRA, GitHub, and Visual Studio Code Benefits Meaningful work and assignments that impact your early career development.
