What You Will Be Doing • Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities • Creating individualized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks • Evaluating student performance data to improve instructional methods and identify actionable trends • Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes • Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency Instructional Coach key responsibilities • Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent) • Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students • Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula • Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interaction patterns within these tools • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship • Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
