Insolvency Analyst, Personal Debt Solutions

BDO Canada is a firm focused on positive relationships with clients and employees, seeking an Insolvency Analyst to join their Personal Debt Solutions Banking team. The role involves drafting documents, managing client correspondence, and assisting the department in various duties while promoting personal debt solutions through community outreach. Responsibilities Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings Skills You have excellent written and verbal communication skills You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment Ability to support high-level management demands with strong attention to detail Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this position If you have a post-secondary education, it will be considered an asset but not a requirement If you have previous Insolvency/ Personal Debt Solutions experience, it is considered an asset but not a requirement Benefits Flexible benefits from day one Market leading personal time off policy Reimbursement for wellness initiatives that fit your lifestyle Company Overview BDO is a professional services firm that serves clients of all sizes in virtually all business sectors.
